it`s not dark at midnite; 1519 contact info; 1521 song about Mundial;
but chopped off air at 1522*! I keep listening to noise just in case
until 1555.

in Esperanto on RHC. Website sked says 2230-2300 on 17730 to Buenos
Aires, but that frequency is years out of date. B-22 current EiBi
shows 2330-2400 on 15730, but that frequency is not on either at 2337.
Supposedly at 2330-0100 only in French, Creole and Portuguese, with
Esperanto pre-empting French on Sundays. No sign of Esp`o if any RHC

What is HFDL?? EiBi`s readme.txt explains only: ``HFDL Squitter

But what does it sound like on an ordinary radio? And what is

November 19 at 0152 the 0130 on WRMI 5850, VG direct, S9/+20 into KFS
omni remote. But not even a JBA carrier from 15770 direct, nor into
MD, MO or CA remotes, so off or unpropagable. Nor 7730 which it
replaced, only channel still missing since hurricane Ian. {this 
transmission is always marred at the end by Bishop Bob Biermann, who 
overrides my last ~5 seconds of closing with a WRMI ID, even tho WOR 
is always strictly exactly 29:00 minutes including 3 seconds pause at 
the end. On other emissions this is sufficient to avoid autoverlap}

Also confirmed UT Saturday November 19 at 0500 on WBCQ Radio Angela,
5130 minus 13 Hz = 5129.987, at first via Maryland remote unusually
JBA, S1/S2. At 0506, better S4/S7 into New Hampshire remote which one
would have suspected too close to Monticello; where the precise
measurement was made. Both with intermittent QRM from 2-way in Spanish
on 5132 USB, not LSB.

`Amateur Radio Newsline`. First I checked direct at 2024, and found a
JBA carrier amid the S9+10 local high noise level. It`s wintry
residual daytime skywave tnx the lowering solar angle, might have been
audible 675 km/420 miles away without the LHNL.

confirmed on WRMI 15770 at same time, no matter what their
self-contradictory skedgrid may show; rather gospel huxter for months,

good into Maryland SDR, WBCQ Radio Angela with première of a new
monthly hour, `Hobby Broadcasting Radio`, admittedly really about
pirates, with Andy Yoder, longtime pirate enthusiast. Says this will
be monthly on third Thursday at 11 pm ET/0400-0500 UT, so next one
will be Dec 15/16. News about this from UB came at very short notice,
but I do mention it on WOR 2165, only the first SW airing of which
happened to precede it immediately at 0330. After musing about how he
is going to do the show, most of this is phone conversation with
another pirate enthusiast, Brian Penney, columnist for NASWA Journal,
with lots of clips of recent Hallowe`en and archived piratecasts

off+plus conveniently, coincidentally? in Spanish, at about equal

stations, neither worth listening to, but some recipient spies maybe

** U S A. 7490-, Fri Nov 18 at 2205, my third stop for some music
after Madagascar, q.v., is WBCQ during `Behaviour Night` of ancient
recordings. I don`t often hear this as timing is inconvenient. Now
reception direct is not so good, fading and noise on top of the
original lo-fi music; but it improves gradually to 2229 when I check
for pirates, see NORTH AMERICA (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. 7490-, UT Sat Nov 19 from 0100, WBCQ direct for `AAAWWW`,
but instead of theme, starts with intros to two OTR shows: Lux Radio
Theatre, and Father Knows Best! 0102 finally `William Tell Overture`
theme and AAAWWW. AW later admits he screwed up. Usual opening fawning
over how beautiful he thinx his wife is. The are in Deland of Fla
where it`s wintry at 60 degrees.

Shortly 0106 phone call from William Levi who is from SOUTH SUDAN,
discussing his plans for a new SW missionary station. He has visited
Monticello. US HQ are in western Massachusetts. They had an FM station
2003-2008 in the war zone; not clear if still on now, but want to go
on SW for better coverage, from family property, with a 300` tower for
a non-direxional monopole antenna, 2000 km range, 10 kW transmitter
powered by 40 solar panels, as there is no grid power; or maybe wind
turbines. Frequency to be 11950 kHz, ``Nehemiah Trumpet Call shortwave
station``. A Christian firm in S Korea is providing transmitter and
antenna. It`s a non-profit, wants donations to: Operation Nehemiah
Missions, at a PO Box in Lanesborough MA 01237 - glad I looked that up
for correct spellinge; in the NW corner of MA. See
www.operations.nehemiah.org You`d never know it from the interview,
but they are Messianic Jews, preferred deity monicker Yeshua. Levi was
higher-educated in the USA but speaks with a presumably Sudanese
accent.

This took until 0119.5. By 0121 it`s into politix, claiming that Pres.
Biden is a ``senile puppet damaging the country``, blind to the
terrible damage to democracy caused by their despicable hero T****.
They are glad that Pelosi and the ``demonicrats`` lose control of
House. Later admitting that even Republicans are not perfect.

Says work on the WBCQ-6 SuperStition antenna is now completely
finished, and by mid-winter expect to be up to maximum ERP. I guess

president of WTWW, on the phone. He has inspected the facility further
and concluded that the transmitters are in such bad shape that they
cannot be put back on air at anywhere near full power without a lot of
replacement parts which are harder and harder to find. So now
permanently off the air, and officially for sale, price to be

** U S A. WTWW: More info from the POV of George McClintock, president
of Leap of Faith, early UT November 20: A third party is now claiming
to own LOF, Inc. This can only be a piece of paper, as LOF is now only
a shell corporation according to the TN Secretary of State. George
says his name is on the deed of the land. The transmitters are owned
by another corporation which has his name on it. The FCC license
cannot be transferred without his signature. Like I remarked earlier,
a power struggle. He says, only for the name of the corporation with
the State of Tennessee (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

** U S A. WTWW: another update from George McClintock on Nov 21: Leap
of Faith registration with state of TN had expired, but he has now
renewed it. No longer seems to be a fraudulent attempt at that by
third party, but George`s renewal due notice in the mail may have been

are on the site, but not so.

Atlanta is U4 50000/1000 watts; WMFN Pentone IL is U4 4400/1600 watts.
No echo so likely only one of them. WMFN has a sufficient lobe

addresses: ``"...Benton TN for WBIN, Ada MI for WMFN..." WBIN was the
call sign for a former Benton, TN facility on 1540, which remanded its
license back to the FCC a few years ago; Radio-Locator.com has yet to
catch up to this. The modern WBIN/640 is the former WGST, which I'd
bet is still control-roomed from iHeart's Atlanta digs, somewhere on
Peachtree near Piedmont Hospital. Ada, I believe, is the original home
of WMFN?/640, which was moved to the flats between Chicago and
Kankakee, determined to be a better location for serving Chicagoland
whilst a "full" 30 kHz away from WSCR/670. And there again, R-L drags

listening for a definite ID as music runs thru hourtop, till finally
at 0803 UT a quick canned multi-station ID with no frequencies,
including some FM translators, and KLEY Wellington, KKLE Winfield,
both Kansas and sibling stations but supposedly totally separate
programming from same studio. Both are in groundwave range, but I have
not heard KKLE 1550 in a long time, day or night; and not now either,

0736: 1098-2, with a slow beat circa 1 Hz, again suspected one of them
V7AB MARSHALL ISLANDS, and/or Spain. What else? 1017, 711, 621, but no
846 Kiritimati. 711 & 621 correlate with Morocco & Canary close to
sunrise; 1017 I would like to be 10 kW A3Z, TONGA, already a
sesquihour after 0601 UT sunset; otherwise only two 10-kW Spaniards,
while bigger ones over there like 684 are not audible. BTW, it`s
pronounced Tong-a, not Tong-ga (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR)

0709: 711, 774-2, 837, 855-2 but none higher in huge splash levels
from domestix. Medium-speed beat on 774, slow on 855, i.e. Spains,
also 837, and 711 would be Morocco. All weaker than 846 Kiritimati
