Yet to learn of any MS DX of it following my tip (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** OKLAHOMA. 94.3, June 12 at 2055 UT, still June 13 at 0122, KLGB-LP Enid is dead air in $tereo but with static KLGB____ ID on RDS. I suppose it will be dead the entire weekend like it was May 29-30. If only they would also turn off carrier since tho LP it`s so close that DXing any adjacent 94.1 & 94.5 is tough, no chance on 94.3 itself (Glenn Hauser, Enid, WOR) ** SPAIN. 17855, June 10 after 2200, REE to NAm is holding up well; Thursday is a day skipping English, but what`s on in Spanish? `Amigos de la Onda Corta`, with the familiar voice of Antonio Buitrago, who got a promotion to run the station. I missed the first few minutes, but this edition is an interview about ``derecho de acceso`` at RTVE itself. It seems this is an issue about various groups getting airtime at the domestic public broadcaster; and there is now a bureaucratic procedure for making their case via a form on the website. With `shortwave` in its name, this has been classified as a `DX` program, and the outro does mention DX among other topix, but as much as I have been familiar with it, axual DXing and SW have seldom been covered, rather media in the broadest sense. There is a huge archive of podcasts like all their other programs, 371 of these here with titles for each, not about SW or DX in the first two pages inspected: https://www.rtve.es/alacarta/audios/amigos-de-la-onda-corta/ Most of them are a little too long to fit into 30-minute slots. The page header shows airtimes, but altho in UT are obviously keyed for winter time, now one UT hour earlier than: ``Amigos de la onda corta --- Jueves a las 17.00 y 23.00 horas, viernes a las 02.00 horas y sábados a las 13.00 horas UTC`` I do notice that none of them including this one are to be found in the WWDXC A21 schedule of SWL/Media Programs in English, German, Spanish, https://www.wwdxc.de/swl.pdf (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** UGANDA [non]. 15170, Thu June 10 after 1500, NO signal from the strange unID target broadcast seemingly via Romania; it was scheduled in HFCC to skip Wednesday, which it did, but to resume Thursday. What`s next on Friday+? (Glenn Hauser, OK, WORLD OF RADIO 2090) ** UGANDA [non]. 15170, Tune-in at 1454 Friday June 11 via UTwente, huge S9 jamming? of very rapid pulsing covering 15161-15184; by 1502 no sign of the Uganda service. It would be nice for someone to try to DF the jamming, TDOA or otherwise. And note when it go off, after 1530? Both Ron Howard in CA and Walt Salmaniw in BC say they are not hearing anything on 15170, neither Uganda service nor jamming. Richard Langley, NB, agrees with my timing on recording of when the jamming stopped, so it`s obviously intentional interference, despite nothing to block today. Has IRRS moved somewhere else, or concluded tests; and then what? ``According to my recording using the U. Twente SDR receiver today (11 June), the jamming/interference stopped at about 1536:30 UT (based on recording start time in file name and file bit rate). -- Richard Langley`` (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** UGANDA [non]. 15170, Sat June 12 at 1455, checking again for the ``non-clandestine`` political target broadcast, but still absent, while the ``jamming`` is already running again, as heard via UTwente. Now I am not so sure it`s jamming or against Ugandan ex-show. For one thing, it`s doubtful opponents in Uganda could come up with such blockage on short notice. From the sound of it, could well be OTH radar invading SWBC band. Now it is not centered on 15170, but peaking closer to 15160 and audible all the way from 15140 to 15170. Victim now is 15150, R. Tamazuj via Madagascar. Noise still running past 1539, 1607, but off by next check 1658. Has IRRS moved the Ugandans somewhere else? I`m too occupied with LRA36 et al. to bandscan for it, but HFCC still shows only 7290, 9510, 15170 and 15515 for ``Milano``; 15515 also at 1500-1530 Saturdays only which we should have checked, in Oromo instead of ``English`` on 15170: http://hfcc.org/data/schedbyfmo.php?seas=A21&fmor=ANT (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** UGANDA [non]. 15170, June 13 at 1508, no IRRS signal, no jamming or OTH radar in the area either, checking at UTwente. Ivo Ivanov notes that 15170 has been deleted from the NEXUS-IBA schedule; so, that`s that. The Next Big Thing, which I had not heard yet, is on 9890, 19-24 UT except Sundays 21-22 only, 250 kW, 170 degrees from Woofferton, about Yoruba separatism in Nigeria. But Alan Roe was already hearing it this Sunday June 13 at 1925. Now so I have I, African music and talk mentioning Yoruba, at 1947; via UTwente (Glenn Hauser, OK, WOR) ** UGANDA [non]. 15170, the 1500-1530 target broadcast continues to be unheard; but see KASHMIR [non] ** U S A.
